We get it, going to a new place for the first time can be intimidating.

So we’ve tried to answer any questions you may have before visiting. Did we miss something? Reach out to one of our pastors by clicking one of the buttons below to ask any other questions you may have.

  • How do I get there?

Our address is 25927 Kay Ave, Hayward, CA, 94545.

You’ll find our sanctuary (the place we meet) on the northeast corner of Kay Ave. and Calaroga Ave. We’re in the big brown building.

  • When should I show up?

We meet every Sunday at 10am in our sanctuary for worship. Feel free to show up a few minutes early to get settled in with a cup of coffee or tea.

  • What should I wear?

Christ welcomes all to his house to worship as they are - and so that’s what we do. Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable to worship in. For some people in our congregation that means shorts and a sweatshirt, for others it means suits and dresses, for most people it’s somewhere inbetween.

  • What kind of music should I expect?

We try our best to stay on the more “modern” side of contemporary Christian music, athough most weeks we can’t help but to throw a well-known Christian classic or hymn into the set list.

On a typical Sunday you can usually expect there to be an acoustic guitar, piano, synth, bass, and drum kit utilized in the band - along with a singer or two.

  • Where do I park?

Parking can be a little confusing, but don’t worry! Most Sundays you’re usually able to find some street parking around our building or there is a designated parking lot for our church right across Calaroga Rd. from the building.

  • What do I do with my kids?

Your kids are absolutely welcome to join you throughout the worship service. That said, if they’d rather learn about Jesus with other kids in a service more directed towards them, every Sunday at around 10:20 we offer Kid’s Church for children 3 years old to 6th grade. There will be a time during the service where we will dismiss the kids and you can follow the crowd of kids to their classroom to drop off your own children - just please remember to pick them up afterwards!

If you have an infant, we have a designated area in the balcony where you can care for your child while still being a part of the worship service.

  • What does CCC believe?
