What Is GEMS?

GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. GEMS welcomes girls of all backgrounds into a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow as they discover who God created them to be. Clubs are offered in local churches and Christian organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada and 15 other countries.

If you’re interested in joining CCC’s GEMS or would like more information on the program, please contact TBD

Youth Fellowship

Tailored for specifically for teens, during the school year we have a weekly Sunday evening program, beginning at 6PM, for both Junior High and Senior High students.

Students are encouraged to bring their friends to come hangout, do homework, play a variety of games (including video and table games), listen to music, eat, talk, etc.  There are also various events such as service projects, overnight lock-ins, trips, etc. offered throughout the year.

For further information on our youth program, contact Sue Kuipers, Director of Youth and Education at the church office.  Phone number is 510-782-6010.  Or email her at

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Our church strives to bring families together to learn about God’s love for us all and our Vacation Bible School program has served as a vehicle to connect us with families in our communities through the years. Every summer, families make our church their home for vacation Bible School. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, VBS was cancelled for 2020.

Please contact our church office for more information on VBS 2021.
