Tim Jameson is the worship leader and music director at CCC. He brings with him a love of leading people in worship of our great God through contemporary Christian music and the many beloved traditional hymns.  He plays piano, keyboard, acoustic and electric guitars. Tim oversees the Sunday morning worship music, drama, children’s and adult musicals. Besides being a worship director, Tim is also a Doctor of Chiropractic, practicing in Castro Valley and also owns a stained glass business, Jameson Glass Design. 

Tim is married for 31 years to wife Laurie and has two children, Jillian who is 27 and is a performing musical theater artist on national Broadway tours, and Paul who is 22 who is married and living with his wife in Arizona.

In addition to music, his career in chiropractic, and his glass business, Tim is fluent in Spanish and sponsors families in Colombia, Honduras, and El Salvador and also has a sponsored young adult in Ethiopia.

Leslie Kent is the Administrator at CCC.  She was born in Castro Valley, CA and has lived in Hayward all of her life.  Her husband of 32 years is John, and they have a daughter, Angela, 32, and a son, Christopher, 30.

She started working at CCC in 1998 as the Ministry assistant, and eventually the job of CCC Bookkeeper was added to her job description.  She enjoys working with the pastoral team here and continues to be encouraged by the support of the CCC family.

Leslie’s favorite times are with family and friends.  She loves Women’s Bible study, beach time, camping, walking with her dogs, reading magazines and fiction books, as well as serving on the CCC Women’s Ministry, and helping behind the scenes in other areas of CCC’s activities and events.   As God continues to bless her life abundantly, her desire is to share those blessings and His love with others.  

Pastor Fryling retired from active ministry at Christ’s Community Church in June 2021.

Larry was born in Alabama, raised in Michigan and have served churches in Nebraska, Michigan and California. He has been CCC’s senior pastor for 26 years. His goal in teaching and preaching is to make the message of the Bible and Jesus understandable and practical.

He and his wife Arlene have six children and eight grandchildren. They have been foster-parents for the county, caring for 35 infants over the years, two of which they happily adopted. They have hosted international students in their home for several years. For fun, they like to camp, especially in California’s mountains, near a waterfall, if possible.
