Larry was born in Alabama, raised in Michigan and has served churches in Nebraska, Michigan and California. He and his wife Arlene have six children and seven grandchildren. Two of their children, Cody and Olivia, are in high school. Larry and Arlene have hosted international students in their home for the past five years. Prior to that, they were foster parents for the county, caring for 35 infants over the years. Larry’s goal in teaching and preaching is to make the message of Jesus understandable and practical, whether this is someone’s first time in a church or their 500th. For fun, the Frylings like to camp, especially in California’s mountains, near a waterfall, if possible.
